1.     EVALUATION

We will begin with a phone call asking you a series of questions so we can better understand your current situation and the goals you are trying to achieve. From this call, we will establish goals you’d like to achieve, and recommend your next steps.

2.     WORKSHOPS

Every month you will be invited to attend a closed workshop that will focus on practical education in some of the most vital subjects in the commercial sheep business. Parasite management, stocking rates, weaning, equipment, ram selection, pasture management, are just some of the wide range of topics that will be covered in depth. This is not just book knowledge, it will be accompanied with practical ways to get it done as a commercial producer. Workshops will be held via zoom.

3.     COACHING

You will be placed into a small group of 2-4 other ranchers with similar situations and will be invited to attend one coaching zoom call per month. The workshops are focused on education, the coaching calls are focused on problem solving. These calls will be more specific to your situations, addressing your current problems and crafting new strategies for success.

4.     FOLLOW-UPS

Along the way we will be available for additional one on one follow up phone calls to help support you on your journey.

5.     RESOURCES

You will gain access to a library of resources including various training videos, helpful charts, product recommendations and much more.
